Dalgona Whipped Coffee

A recent pleasure that took the internet by storm is the whipped coffee, popularly called Dalgona Coffee. In this frothy treat, the fluffy coffee layer adds to your usual cup of coffee.

Ingredients for 2 Servings

  • 3 tablespoons Instant coffee
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • Ice cubes
  • 250-300 ml cold milk

Instructions

  1. In a clean bowl, combine coffee, water, and sugar. Whisk the mixture with a hand mixer for about 3-4 minutes until it becomes creamy and thick.
  2. Fill two 300ml glasses with ice cubes and pour milk until about 2/3 of the glass is filled. Layer the whipped coffee on top.
  3. Enjoy your delightful Dalgona Whipped Coffee.

Coffee Mocktail with Ginger

Ingredients for 2 Servings

  • 125 ml Tchibo BARISTA Caffè Crema
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 300 ml Ginger Beer
  • Cucumber and Ginger for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew coffee using a coffee machine as per the instruction manual. Allow it to cool.
  2. In glasses, mix brewed coffee and lemon juice. Fill with ice cubes, pour Ginger Beer, and blend lightly.
  3. Garnish with cucumber slices and ginger. Serve and enjoy!

Avocado Ice Frappé

Ingredients for 2 Servings

  • 60 ml Tchibo BARISTA Espresso
  • Avocado
  • ½ Lemon
  • 250 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
  • 75 ml Maple syrup
  • 5 Ice cubes
  • 100 g Cream (30% fat)
  • 2 Tbsp Chocolate sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Strawberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Whip cream for the topping. Prepare Espresso using a Tchibo coffee machine. Let it cool.
  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop the flesh with a spoon. Extract the juice from the lemon. Put avocado, lemon juice, milk, maple syrup, ice cubes, and coffee into a blender. Blend at the highest speed until fine.
  3. Divide the Avocado Ice Frappé among the glasses and top with whipped cream. Drizzle with chocolate and strawberry sauces to serve.

 

Pumpkin Spice Latte

An emblem of Autumn, the Pumpkin Spice latte is synonymous with warmth and comfort.

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 4 tbsp of cinnamon powder
  • 4 tsp of nutmeg powder
  • 4 tsp of ginger powder
  • 3 tsp of clove powder
  • Agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp of fine pumpkin purée
  • Milk
  • Freshly brewed Espresso, for example, aromatic Espresso

Preparation

Begin by mixing the and evenly blending 1 tbsp of this mixture with the agave syrup. Add the pumpkin purée into a glass and spread the syrup over it. Froth the milk and pour it into the glass. Pour fresh Espresso through the foam and gently stir everything.

 

Chocolate-Chili-Coffee

Find pleasure in the contradiction of dark chocolate's sweetness, the robustness of coffee, and the chili's heat with our amazing Chocolate-Chili-Coffee.

Ingredients for 2 persons

  • 1 1/2 red chili peppers or chili flakes
  • 100g of milk chocolate
  • 350 ml of milk (3.5% fat)
  • 1 tsp of Chai herbs
  • 2 cups of Tchibo BARISTA Caffè Crema
  • Some cocoa powder

    Preparation Wash the chili peppers, pat dry, halve them lengthwise, remove the seeds and finely chop. Roughly chop the chocolate. In a saucepan, bring to boil 200ml of milk, chili, chocolate, and Chai herbs. Take the pot off the heat and allow it to rest for about 5 minutes, during which time, froth the remaining milk. Strain the chocolate-chili mixture into glasses, add Tchibo BARISTA Caffè Crema and frothed milk. Serve the coffee, optionally decorated with chili and cocoa powder.

 

Coffee with Egg Liquor

Prepare yourself for a tangy twist with Coffee with Egg Liquor. It delightful, delicious and undoubtedly a taste trip.

Ingredients For 2 People

  • 1/2-1 vanilla pod
  • 250 ml milk (3.5% fat)
  • 100 ml eggnog
  • 4 cups of Tchibo BARISTA Espresso (each approx. 40 ml)

Preparation Steps

  1. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp with a knife.
  2. Mix vanilla pulp and pod with 100 ml of milk and egg liqueur in a pot and heat while stirring. Aim for a temperature of around 60–65 °C.
  3. After removing from the heat, let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the vanilla pod and pour the milk mixture into glasses.
  5. Add two cups of Tchibo BARISTA Espresso to each glass. Pour the rest of the milk creamily whipped with a milk frother into the glasses and serve.

Pink Latte Macchiato

Brighten your day with a Pink Latte Macchiato - as visually appealing as it is tasty.

Ingredients for 2 People

  • 500 ml milk (3.5% fat)
  • 2 cups Tchibo BARISTA Espresso

Preparation Steps

  1. Heat 500 ml milk in a pot to a temperature of 50–60 °C.
  2. Remove the pot from the stove and froth it creamily with a milk frother.
  3. Let the milk stand for a while to let the foam settle.
  4. Prepare 2 cups of Tchibo BARISTA Espresso and fill them into the glasses with milk and milk foam.
  5. To have a pink start to the day, add 1 tbsp of beetroot juice to each glass while heating the milk.

Coffee Almond Latte with Ginger and Tonka Beans

In this unique recipe, zesty ginger and aromatic Tonka beans create a delightful fusion with our Privat Kaffee Brazil Mild.

Ingredients for 2 serving:

  • 150 ml freshly brewed Privat Kaffee Brazil Mild
  • 500 ml almond milk
  • 1 piece of ginger (approximately 30g)
  • 1 Tonka bean -1 cinnamon stick
  • Topping: 2 tbsp roasted almonds (or almond croquant)

Instructions:

  1. Peel the ginger and cut it into fine slices. Chop the Tonka bean. Heat the almond milk, the cinnamon stick, the ginger and the Tonka bean and leave it for about 10 minutes to infuse.
  2. Chop the roasted almonds. Strain the almond milk and froth it. Pour the frothed milk and hot coffee in glasses. Top with frothed milk and garnish with chopped almonds.

Fruity Coffee Cold Brew

Wake up your senses with a refreshing twist. Our Fruity Coffee Cold Brew combines the Tchibo Blonde Roast's full-bodied flavour with the citrus zing of limes.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 20 g Tchibo Blonde Roast
  • 12 g fruit tea
  • 300 ml water
  • 3 organic limes
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • Ice cubes
  • 400 ml Tonic Water
  • Topping: 6 raspberries and 4 sprigs of mint

Instructions:

  1. Coarsely grind the coffee. Place it in a French Press with the fruit tea and water. Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 8 hours.
  2. Rinse and thoroughly dry the raspberries and mint. Slice the lime and distribute it with the sugar between the serving glasses. Muddle it well.
  3. Fill the glasses with ice cubes and pour over the cold brew. Top it up with tonic water and stir gently with a spoon.ish with raspberries and mint before you serve.

Irish Coffee with Filter Coffee

Elevate your coffee experience with an intriguing blend of biting whiskey, sweet brown sugar syrup, and cream, balanced with the full-bodied Latin flair of our Privat Kaffee Latin Grande.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 ml Privat Kaffee Latin Grande
  • 2 tsp Brown sugar syrup
  • 80 ml Irish Whisky
  • 100g whipping cream

Instructions:

  1. Brew the Privat Kaffee Latin Grande as a filter coffee using, for instance, the Bodum Pour Over. Whip the cream until it is creamy but not firm.
  2. Rinse and dry the glasses with hot water. Equally distribute the syrup and whisky between the glasses, stir, and pour the freshly brewed Privat Kaffee.
  3. Top the coffee with whipped cream and serve.

Tip: Rinsing the glasses with hot water prevents them from cooling down too quickly.
