These terms and conditions apply to the Spin & Win Contest, organized by Napco Inc. The contest starts on the 17th of March 2025 and ends on the 31st of March 2025. Participation in the contest is free and does not require any purchase. Participants must be at least 18 years old and have a permanent residence in the United States of America. Each participant may enter once every 24 hours.

2. Online Participation

To take part in the contest, simply enter your email address and spin the wheel of fortune. By participating, you agree to these contest terms.

3. Prizes

Each participant has the chance to win one of the following main prizes:

2. 20% Discount Code applicable for Accessories
3. 15% Discount Code applicable for Induction Milk Frother
4. 10% Discount Code applicable for The Tchibo - Limited Edition (Red Machine + Milk Frother)

Prizes will be awarded by a computerized random drawing. The awarding of prizes is final and cannot be contested. Coupon codes can only be used once between March 17, 2025, and April 16, 2025, and cannot be combined with other coupon codes.

4. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified immediately by the wheel of fortune pop up upon a successful entry.

5. Handling of Personal Data

By participating in the contest, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data (including your email address) for the purpose of administering and conducting the contest, as well as for future marketing communications in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other U.S. privacy regulations.

You have the right to access, correct, or opt out of marketing communications at any time. Please note that requesting data deletion before the contest concludes may result in disqualification, as your data is required for participation and prize fulfillment.

6. Liability Disclaimer

The organizer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may result from participation in or download of contest materials. Although the contest system has been tested for computer viruses, no guarantee can be made that it is entirely virus-free. The organizer is not responsible for issues arising from third-party software, drivers, or browser plugins, nor for disruptions in computer networks, hardware, or software that may lead to data loss or slowdowns.

7. General Conditions

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest—including its rules, prizes, duration, and general conditions—at any time without prior notice. Employees of the organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

By participating in this contest, you agree to these terms and conditions. Legal action is excluded. This contest is governed by US law. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by a court selected by the organizer.

Entry Period: The Win-with-Tchibo Raffle begins on September 10, 2023 at 9:00 am CST and ends at 11:59 pm CST on January 2, 2024  (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

This raffle is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. You are not authorized to participate if you are not located within the contiguous US states. Void where prohibited.

Prize: One The Tchibo Bean to Brew Coffee & Espresso Machine (Retail Value: USD 499)

The prize is not transferable. No substitution of prize allowed by winner, but Tchibo USA / Napco reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not redeemable by winner for cash value. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner.

Drawing: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. Drawing may be done through an electronic script which will randomly select the winner by using a computer script designed to select random entry or entries. Potential winners will be notified by email or mail within one day of the drawing date. Winner must provide acceptance by January, 8, 2024 at 11:00 am CST. The prize will be shipped to the winner within the contiguous United States.
