Latte Macchiato Recipe

Meaning “spotted coffee,” the interplay between milk, espresso and foam gives this coffee its unique name. Preferably, served in a glass.

Recipe:

1. Foam up 9 ounces of milk with your milk frother.
2. Fill the foamed milk into your Latte Macchiato glass.
3. Pour 1.2 ounces of espresso carefully and slowly into your glass. The typical division occurs immediately: first milk, then espresso and finally the foam on top.
